What are the four sentences learned from Buddhism?

Breathing outside the edge, the heart has no breath, the heart is like a wall, and you can enter the Tao.

"External interest" means that the existence of all people and things in the universe, heaven and earth is surpassed.

In nine years, Dharma achieved the Eastern Zen Buddhism.

In the third year of Xiaochang in the Northern Wei Dynasty, Dharma arrived at Shaolin Temple. After arriving at Shaolin Temple, Dharma spent nine years on the middle wall of a natural cave in the upper part of Wuru Peak in the west of Songshan Mountain, not far from the top of the mountain.

In this cave, facing the stone wall, he sat there, his legs bent, his hands printed with Amitabha, his eyes looking down and his heart turned to the sky. After the opening ceremony, he stood up, did some walking activities and exercised himself. After he recovered from his burnout, he meditated again. In this way, I have been practicing meditation for nine years.

Finally, I realized a Buddhism that can be accepted by people in the Central Plains: Eastern Buddhism, which means that Zen does not need words to elaborate. As long as I understand my mind, I can realize Buddhism. Therefore, although some masters don't know a word, it doesn't prevent them from becoming masters.
