Third, the control requirements

(a) during the period of static management, all residents are not allowed to go out except for nucleic acid sampling at designated testing points. Personnel who undertake the tasks of urban basic operation security, medical security, epidemic prevention, etc. shall prove the orderly flow through relevant work.

(two) to suspend business activities that are not necessary for production and life. Except supermarkets, pharmacies, designated medical institutions and other places, all other business places in the county will be closed for business and home office. Anyone who opens the door for business without permission, disturbs the prevention and control of epidemic situation and causes social disorder will be dealt with strictly according to law.

(three) to stop all unnecessary flows, all communities (villages) and units to implement closed management, strictly controlled by the community (village). All primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, nurseries and all training institutions within the scope of static management all suspend all offline teaching activities, carry out online teaching, and boarding teachers and students suspend classes in the school. Buses, taxis and passenger lines are all out of service.

(4) All national and provincial trunk highways, town and village highways and urban roads within the county are fully controlled. Except for special emergency vehicles such as epidemic prevention and control, urban operation guarantee, emergency treatment and emergency medical treatment, other vehicles are prohibited from driving on the road. Acts such as refusing to implement traffic control measures for epidemic prevention and control, evading interrogation at checkpoints, illegally carrying goods or personnel, and forcibly punching in customs will be dealt with in strict accordance with the law.

(5) Residents who need medical treatment for critically ill patients, pregnant women and chronic diseases should report to the local community (villagers' group) and go out for medical treatment only after the consent of the community (villagers' group). (VI) Anyone who leaves residential areas (villagers' groups) without permission, intentionally destroys door magnets and seals, destroys isolation fences, insults and beats epidemic prevention personnel, forges or maliciously spreads negative information on epidemic prevention and control, shall be given a heavier punishment in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment; Those who violate the criminal law shall be transferred to judicial organs for severe punishment according to law.

(seven) the towns (street offices, convenience service centers) and communities (villagers' groups) should set up special teams to provide timely services to ensure the needs of residents, especially to do a good job in caring for special groups such as elderly people living alone, disabled people and pregnant women.

Residents are requested to consciously abide by the epidemic prevention and control regulations, strictly implement personal protection responsibilities, maintain a good attitude, do not panic, do not spread rumors, do not believe rumors, actively cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing, and maliciously spread false pictures, videos and rumors.
