1, ideological consciousness is not high enough: I deeply realize that I have some limitations in ideological consciousness, I don't have a deep understanding of league organizations, and I don't study some political theories systematically enough. 2. Lack of teamwork ability: In teamwork, I found that my teamwork ability needs to be improved. Sometimes I pay too much attention to my own work and ignore the overall interests of the team. 3. Innovation ability needs to be improved: at work, I found that my innovation ability still has a lot of room for improvement. Sometimes it relies too much on traditional working methods and lacks innovative thinking. In my future work, I will strengthen my study, dare to try new working methods and technologies, and constantly improve my innovation ability.

The process of joining the league:

1. Submit a membership application.

China youth aged over 14 and under 28, who recognize the articles of association of the Youth League, are willing to participate in the organization of the Youth League and work actively in it, implement the resolutions of the Youth League, and pay the tour fee on time, can apply to the organization of their unit to join the Productive Youth League of China.

2. Identify activists.

To identify activists among the applicants, the Party branch committee shall make a decision through the recommendation of members, fill in the registration form of activists, and report it to the superior organization for the record.

3, the knowledge training of the party group

League organizations should conduct not less than 8 hours of basic knowledge learning and training for activists who join the League, help them improve their ideological awareness, correct their motivation to join the League, and establish the belief of fighting for the cause of * * *.

4. Cultivate contacts/members.

The Communist Youth League organization must designate one or two members as training contacts for activists. Young people who apply to join the League should have two members of this branch as referees. Introducers are usually trained contacts, or invited by the young people who apply for membership, or designated by the youth league organization.

5. Investigation on the training of activists joining the Party

Organized by the youth league organizations to participate in social practice, voluntary service, ecological civilization and other activities of groups and schools. After participating in the basic knowledge learning and training, social practice and activities of the League, the activists who joined the League wrote a report on the basic knowledge learning and social practice of the League. The training and inspection time of activists joining the League must reach more than 3 months.

6. Determine the development goals of the Group.

The procedural link of league members' development must be documented. After being listed as a League member activist, the League branch began to record the development of the League member process, and recorded the development process for each League member activist, filling in the development of the League member process record book.

7. The grassroots Youth League Committee passed the first instance.

The application for joining the league is also an important part of the development of joining the league. Everyone must study hard according to the sample of the volunteer book issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, and fill in the volunteer book, application form and other member files.

8. League branch meeting

The "Volunteer Book for Joining the League" shall be submitted to the branch meeting for discussion after passing the inspection by the branch committee. When discussing at the general meeting of the League branch, the number of participants with voting rights must exceed half of those with voting rights, and the voting shall be by secret ballot. The "branch meeting resolution" shall be filled in by the secretary of the Youth League branch after the branch meeting.

9. Approval by superior organization

After the branch meeting is held, it shall be submitted to the superior Youth League Committee for approval and sealed. When examining and approving the league organizations at higher levels, we should examine all aspects of the development of the league members, make collective deliberation and voting decisions, and the examination and approval opinions should be written into the "Volunteer Book".
