No matter how good the method is, there is no way to achieve it without the attention and support of the leaders. I patiently and meticulously report to the main leaders, and I will go to him when I have time. At last, the leader gave a sentence: Start a pilot project, ask people for money, and do it well. Also gave me a reassurance. At the beginning of April, under the leadership of the county Ivy Office, I organized seven village party secretaries and neighborhood committee directors in the whole town to study in Youxian. Before leaving, a village party secretary said: If the rural areas can sort the garbage well, I will cook for him with my palm. When he came back, he said it was a good method, practical, practical, practical and a good thing. Your county has done a great job. Let's talk about it tomorrow. Third, vigorously publicize and create an atmosphere of public opinion.

Cadres don't know enough about garbage sorting and disposal, so it is difficult to do it well. Only with the support of the masses can we do it well. Our town has stepped up its propaganda. In the pilot villages, we convened village cadres and general party membership meeting to distribute printed publicity materials. Every village cadre organizes a meeting of heads of households and often comes to work at night. Every family in the village posted propaganda slogans, creating a strong atmosphere.

Fourth, diversified financing, financial resources are fully guaranteed.

Money is the difficulty and focus of garbage sorting and disposal. County finance is supported by "334". There is little money in the village. In rural areas, as long as farmers feel that it is compulsory work, it is difficult to apportion funds. What do we do? Village cadres try their best to raise funds, seek publicity from enterprises, communicate with gold and silver bosses and so on. Village cadres carry forward the revolutionary spirit of hard struggle and are not afraid of hardship, fatigue and annoyance. Anfu Village raised 50,000 yuan from non-assessed self-raised funds. It provides a strong guarantee for garbage classification and treatment.

Fifth, strike while the iron is hot and actively carry out practical actions.

In Anfu village, our town, we held a publicity meeting, raised funds from various parties, customized the mold of the incineration pool, and so on. Cadres and the masses have always maintained their passion. Up to now, more than 400 incineration tanks have been built and the procurement of garbage bins has been completed. Three sets of garbage bins have been distributed and the old garbage has been cleaned up. Four trash cans have been distributed to every household, and the garbage classification label has been affixed.

This work is certainly difficult, but we are always confident to do it well.
