The general decoration time is 8:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00 on working days. Decoration operations that produce noise and vibration are not allowed during other time periods. When carrying out interior decoration, noise-free construction, such as wallpapering, etc., can be carried out during weekends, holidays and other times.

Regulations on decoration noise

1. Increase publicity on noise pollution prevention and control, and strengthen environmental management and control;

2. Provide guidance and regulations starting from the decoration declaration stage. Noisy construction time;

The "Regional Environmental Noise Standards for Urban Areas of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that the noise standard value for areas dominated by residential and cultural and educational institutions and rural residential environments, the equivalent noise value during the day is 55 decibels, and the equivalent noise value at night is 55 decibels. The equivalent noise value is 45 decibels; the equivalent noise value in commercial and industrial mixed areas is 60 decibels and 50 decibels at night; on both sides of urban traffic arteries, the equivalent noise value of noise during the day is 70 decibels and does not exceed 55 decibels at night.
