Reject the healthy growth content of snacks

Sometimes all kinds of food packaging bags are scattered in the playground, corridor and even class of our campus. Not only that, on the way after school, students can be seen chewing spicy strips, chewing gum or eating potato chips and sorbet with relish, but what they leave behind is shocking garbage, and scraps of paper are "blooming everywhere", which seriously affects the environmental sanitation of the campus and surrounding areas. Most snacks have serious safety hazards in terms of quality and hygiene, especially snacks processed and sold in some small restaurants, snack bars and mobile food stalls with poor hygiene conditions. Some of these snacks have excessive pigments, some may be made from waste oil, and some are "three no products". Eating these inferior snacks for a long time is harmful to human health. Primary and secondary school students are in a special period of growth and development, and eating snacks is most likely to cause diseases such as hepatitis and diarrhea due to unclean hands or food, which is also not conducive to physical development; If you eat food containing excessive pigments (additives) for a long time, it will easily lead to emotional instability, inattention, poor self-control, behavioral quirks, loss of appetite and other symptoms, thus affecting your study. Eating snacks is not only harmful to health, but also affects the environmental sanitation of schools and increases the financial burden of parents. So eating snacks is harmful and not beneficial!

In order to guide everyone to establish a scientific and healthy concept of food consumption and help everyone grow up healthily, the Political and Educational Affairs Office, the Youth League Committee and the Student Union have issued the following initiatives on "rejecting the healthy growth of snacks":

1. scientifically and reasonably match three meals a day to guide students to eat enough staple foods, especially breakfast. Try not to let students bring pocket money to school, buy snacks and eat snacks as meals.

2. Students who eat in the school canteen should choose a reasonable combination of meat and vegetables, not picky eaters and partial eclipse, avoid overeating, and develop good habits of scientific and healthy eating.

3. Promote healthy drinking water, do not bring drinks into the campus, and everyone advocates drinking boiled water. Do not drink carbonated drinks such as coke and sprite, do not buy drinks such as popsicles, smoothies and milk tea, and prohibit students from eating snacks on campus.

4. Don't buy and eat all kinds of snacks on the way to and from school, fried foods such as small restaurants, snack bars and mobile snack stands around college dropout, and unclean foods such as barbecues.

5. Actively participate in "purifying" and "beautifying" school activities to add luster to campus cleanliness.

Don't do it with small evils, don't do it with small goodness. Students, let's summon up courage and solemnly promise: refuse snacks from me! Scientific diet starts now!
