Article 66 If a construction unit or individual commits any of the following acts, the urban and rural planning department of the local city or county people’s government shall order it to be demolished within a time limit, and may also impose a fine of not more than twice the cost of the temporary construction project. : (1) Temporary construction is carried out without approval; (2) Temporary construction is not carried out in accordance with the approved contents; (3) Temporary buildings and structures are not dismantled beyond the approved period.

Article 67 If the construction unit fails to submit relevant completion acceptance materials to the urban and rural planning authorities within six months after the completion and acceptance of the construction project, the urban and rural planning authorities of the local city or county people's government will order it to be completed within a time limit. If you fail to make a supplementary report within the time limit, a fine of not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan will be imposed.
