In which year was the Plan for Deepening the Reform of Party and State Institutions issued?

2018 On February 28th, the Third Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of communist party, China adopted the Plan for Deepening the Reform of Party and State Institutions.

The plan has deepened the institutional reform of the CPC Central Committee, the National People's Congress, the People's Political Consultative Conference in the State Council and China, the reform of the administrative law enforcement system, the cross-cutting reform between the military and the land, the reform of mass organizations and the reform of local institutions.

The institutional reform of the central and state organs should be put in place before the end of 20 18. The provincial party and government organization reform plan should be submitted to the CPC Central Committee for approval before the end of 20 18, and the organization adjustment should be basically in place before the end of 20 18. The reform of party and government institutions below the provincial level is led by provincial party committees and reported to the CPC Central Committee for the record before the end of 20 18. 2065438+All local institutional reform tasks will be basically completed by the end of March 2009.

It mainly includes eight aspects: 1, deepening the institutional reform of the CPC Central Committee; 2. Deepen the institutional reform of the National People's Congress; 3.
