Layout requirements of bid opening and evaluation room

(a) the relevant personnel involved in the bid opening shall go to the designated bid opening room to open the bid according to the information of the bid opening location announced in the announcement;

(two) the bid opening room should be set up for the industry supervision, the owner, the agency and the trading center to witness the seats;

(3) Relevant personnel involved in bid opening accept the management of the trading center.

(four) the bid evaluation area is closed, and the bid evaluation (evaluation) experts can only enter through the access control system with their fingerprints or ID cards. The staff (bidding agent, tenderee's representative) and supervisors related to bid evaluation can enter the bid evaluation room only after being confirmed by the project tracker;

(5) Once the personnel participating in bid evaluation enter the closed area, they shall not use any communication tools to contact with the outside world, and shall not walk around, talk with others or leave the closed area at will before the end of bid evaluation. If it is really necessary to enter the site temporarily under special circumstances, it must be approved by the bid evaluation committee;

(6) Members of the bid evaluation committee who enter the bid evaluation area to participate in the bid evaluation shall promptly go to the pre-determined bid evaluation room to participate in the corresponding bid evaluation activities according to law, and the activities shall be limited to the designated bid evaluation room or the designated area;
