(ten) shall not learn to drive a non-motor vehicle on the road.

Second, what is the standard of drunk driving sentence?

1. Those who drive away after drinking will be detained for six months and fined between 1,000 yuan and 2,000 yuan;

2. Those who escape after drunk driving without causing casualties are suspected of dangerous driving, detained and fined;

3, a major accident, causing serious injury, death or heavy losses to public or private property, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention;

4. Whoever escapes and causes death shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than seven years.
