Responsibilities of the Residential Affairs Disclosure Supervision Group [Part 2]

The community supervision committee is a community democratic supervision organization. Under the guidance of the town discipline inspection commission, the community discipline inspection commission and the leadership of the community party organization, it supervises community affairs and is responsible to the community residents (representatives) meeting and the community member congress. The main responsibilities of the community supervision committee are:

1. To implement the party’s line, principles and policies, national laws and regulations, and to implement community resident (representative) meetings, Community members supervise the decisions and resolutions of the congress.

2. Supervise and inspect the property management and use of the community committee (community committee) and other economic matters.

3. Supervise the implementation of systems such as community affairs disclosure and party affairs disclosure, and review whether the disclosure content is comprehensive and true, whether the disclosure time is timely, and whether the disclosure form and procedures are standardized.

4. Supervise democratic decision-making on major matters related to community public interests and other major issues, and promptly point out and correct violations of decision-making procedures.

5. Supervise the performance of duties and integrity and self-discipline of members of community party organizations and community neighborhood committees (community committees), and preside over democratic reviews of them and other community full-time workers and relevant community-based units.

6. Listen to the demands of community members, respond to their opinions and suggestions, and urge relevant organizations and units to solve and implement them.

7. Assist the Town Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Community Commission for Discipline Inspection to investigate and handle relevant petition matters, and complete other matters assigned by the Town Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Community Commission for Discipline Inspection.

8. Undertake community residents (representatives) meetings and other matters authorized by the community member representative conference.
