Xinjiang donates materials to support Hebei. Does this reflect the spirit of unity of our Chinese people?

Since December last year, the epidemic situation in Hebei Province, especially Shijiazhuang City, has rebounded. So far, there have been hundreds of locally confirmed cases. Hebei Province has also implemented very strict prevention and control measures, but it seems that the peak of the epidemic has not yet occurred, so Hebei Province is still facing huge epidemic prevention pressure.

After learning about the seriousness of the epidemic in Hebei, Xinjiang’s Korla City donated materials to Shijiazhuang City, which is the most severely affected in Hebei Province. These include 10,000 pieces of fragrant pears, 10,000 pieces of naan and 200 sheep, etc. Most of them are food-based.

Korla City has donated everything it has to Shijiazhuang. We must know that Korla City is not a very rich city. To be able to donate so many materials must be a huge sacrifice. Hardworking. And this exactly reflects the spirit of the Chinese people who are united as one. When one side is in trouble, all parties support it and overcome the difficulties together.

In fact, it is not just Xinjiang. When the epidemic in Shijiazhuang was severe, many provinces in my country stepped forward to support it. Whether it is food or medical supplies, each province has shown its greatest sincerity. Some places, including Beijing and Zhejiang, even sent medical teams to Hebei to fight the epidemic with the Hebei People's Government.

This also includes the Wuhan medical team that was deeply hurt by the new crown epidemic last year. You know, Wuhan has just emerged from the shadow of the new coronavirus epidemic, and people's injured bodies and minds have just begun to heal. Even so, Wuhan still rushed to the front line of Hebei's fight against the epidemic without hesitation, because Hebei also did that when the epidemic in Wuhan was very serious.

We cannot deny that economically many provinces in our country have long had an attitude of competition and mutual progress. But once a disaster strikes, these places full of grievances and resentments will unite to fight against the disaster. In 2020, we saw the power of the whole country, the speed of China, and the cohesion of the nation in Wuhan.

In 2021, we will see this situation again in Hebei. In just 21 hours, Hebei built the Huoyan Laboratory, and in just a few days, Shijiazhuang City completed nucleic acid testing for more than 10,000 people. These great achievements can only be achieved based on strong national cohesion.

We also believe that with the unswerving help from all walks of life across the country, the epidemic in Shijiazhuang can be effectively controlled in a short period of time, and the medical staff who devote themselves to people can have better medical conditions. Because any difficulty is not worth mentioning in the face of such a strong cohesion and will eventually be overcome.
