Taohuagu Science and Technology Ecological Demonstration Park is the first science and technology ecological demonstration park for soil and water conservation approved by Shaanxi Soil and Water Conservation Bureau in May, 201year. It is a comprehensive scientific and technological ecological demonstration park jointly built by provinces, cities and counties, divided into core areas and ecological areas, and is the best scenic spot in Longju Town National Water Conservancy Scenic Area. Zhulinguan Town in Danfeng County is located 400 meters away from the exit of Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway, involving Zhulinguan, Leijiadong, Bird, Roy, Zhoubei, Dongdi and Feng Tao, with a population of 1.8 million, an area of 60 square kilometers, an area of 2 1.0 million mu of cultivated land and a planned garden area of 20 square kilometers. The core area includes Taohuagu and Dachai. Shangluo Development and Reform Commission and Shangluo Water Affairs Bureau jointly approved the establishment of Taohuagu Science and Technology Ecological Demonstration Park for Soil and Water Conservation, with a planned investment of1570,000 yuan.

Taohua Valley, covering an area of 9,000 mu, is the largest scientific and ecological demonstration park of soil and water conservation in China. In accordance with the original ecological concept, adhere to the ecological concept of taking science and technology as the guide, highlighting the harmonious coexistence between man and nature and man and water, and take the comprehensive management of ecologically clean small watersheds as a platform to build a water and soil conservation science and technology demonstration park integrating comprehensive management, industrial development, scientific research demonstration, monitoring research, achievement display and tourism, and realize "first-class in the west, world-famous, fairyland on earth and unique", which sets a model for comprehensively promoting the construction of water and soil conservation projects in our province. In the process of project implementation, attention should be paid to protecting the original ground vegetation and minimizing human traces.

The project is implemented in two stages. Complete the greening of gardens and barren hills and the flood control works of Taohuazhai Road, Valley Highway, Production Road and Slope by April 20/kloc; Complete the construction of sewage treatment, artificial rainfall, monitoring facilities, comprehensive management achievement display facilities, Shicaogou water transfer project, park water supply station, parking lot, outdoor advertisement and mountain gate before June; Before 10, complete the construction of the main project of the training exhibition building and student dormitory, establish and improve the management organization of the park, and let the management personnel enter the park for posts; Complete decoration works, park lighting and background sound facilities before February 20 13; Trial operation in March, 2065438+April 2003, the core area of peach blossoms opened. The second phase of the project, from 20 13 to 20 15, completed the task of 14 square kilometers of garden control and construction. At present, the overall planning and implementation plan of Taohuagu Ecological Science and Technology Demonstration Park for Soil and Water Conservation has been completed, and the design of Shicaogou Scientific and Technological Demonstration for Soil and Water Conservation, Runoff Observation, Artificial Rainfall, Sewage Treatment, Publicity and Training Exhibition Building, and Water Diversion Project is under way. More than half of production roads, traffic engineering, slope flood control engineering, gardens and barren hills greening have been completed, with an investment of 23 million yuan.

It has a slope and gravity erosion control project that combines ecological protection with engineering reinforcement, and has a well-designed steel structure stone sand dam with cascade layout; There are 2000 mu of pure ecological orchards, inter-basin water transfer projects and water-saving irrigation projects; "Pretreatment+Ecological Soil Infiltration Bed" patented technology sewage treatment project; It has artificial rainfall, runoff plot and soil erosion remote sensing observation system, and adopts energy-saving and environmental-friendly solar hot water system and VRV multi-connected air conditioning system to ensure ecological energy conservation and environmental protection. At the same time, the largest publicity and training center of soil and water conservation in China with complete facilities and advanced equipment has been built, and the largest demonstration base of soil and water conservation plantation in southern Shaanxi has been built.
