Safety three tubes and three essentials

Legal analysis: the safe "three management systems" must refer to the management of enterprises, industries, production and operation.

Legal basis: Article 17 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Safety in Production, the main person in charge of the production and business operation entity has the following responsibilities for the safety in production of the entity:

Establish and improve the safety production responsibility system of the unit;

(two) to organize the formulation of safety production rules and regulations and operating procedures of the unit;

Ensure the effective implementation of the unit's safety production input;

(four) to supervise and inspect the work safety of the unit, and eliminate the hidden dangers of production safety accidents in time; (five) to organize the formulation and implementation of the emergency rescue plan for production safety accidents in this unit;

Timely and truthfully report production safety accidents.
