Hebei Finance College is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning organized by the people's government of Hebei Province, jointly funded by the central and local governments, and mainly managed by local governments. It is a priority training base for financial talents in Hebei Province, a pilot unit for postgraduate training in finance, and a "garden-style unit in Hebei Province". The school is located in Baoding, and its motto is "Mingde is trustworthy, seeking truth and being pragmatic".
