When using an elevator, the load of the car must not exceed its rated weight.

The elevator machine room must have good ventilation equipment and must not be damp. Fireworks and debris are prohibited. Elevator drivers often inspect the mechanical, electrical parts and safety devices of the elevator.

Before operation, check whether all switches and other safety devices are normal and whether the guard door is closed properly. Only after confirming that there are no problems can the elevator be started. Workers and passengers are not allowed to hold the inner door with their hands, and their feet are not allowed to extend outside the gap of the inner door.

If the car door has not been repaired but the car can run, it should be stopped and inspected in time. When the elevator is out of use, repaired or cleaned, the power supply to the elevator must be cut off.

Do not change the running direction arbitrarily while the elevator is running. You should wait until the elevator comes to a complete stop before changing it. Do not drive the elevator by turning on and off the power supply.

At the end of the work, the elevator must drop to the ground floor and park, and the door must be locked when leaving the elevator.

(2) Safety operating procedures for cargo elevator operators

1. Lubricate and check whether the electrical brake, safety device and wire rope are in good condition before use.

No one is allowed to ride on when going up or down. When the elevator is above, no one is allowed to enter the bottom floor.

4. After the goods are loaded, the door should be closed and started. The elevator is not allowed to be used when the communication signal between the elevator door and the other party (referring to the upstairs or downstairs operator) or the interlocking system fails.

5. Cargo elevators should be operated and managed by designated personnel, and the power supply should be disconnected after use.

6. The elevator should be lowered to the ground floor during maintenance or out of service.

After the inspection is correct, first raise the ladder cage to 1 meter above the ground and stop to check whether the braking meets the requirements, and then continue to go up and test. The operation of the unloading platform, protective door, upper limit, and front and rear door limits must be confirmed before operation.
