Printed circuit boards are marked with different models according to their functions, the complexity of integrated circuits and the types of components to be soldered. Jie Chen is often faced with working between a few tenths of a millimeter. When she first started welding, Jie Chen's technology was not top-notch, but her unremitting pursuit of her career made her start with 100, 300 and 500 solder joints a day. She is good at observing and learning, and soon summed up a set of working methods and became the "king of welding" in the unit.
Jie Chen: "A printed board has many pads and solder holes, and the density of various devices is different. For example, an integrated chip has 100 or more than 200 pins. In her view, an excellent electrician should not only be familiar with the welding process of various products, but also understand the chemical composition, strength and toughness of welding materials. When welding, he should master the angle of soldering iron, control the temperature, keep breathing steady, and even control his pulse. Dealing with solder and screwdriver every day makes Jie Chen's skin white and tender, his hands are scarred and his palms are thicker.
Jie Chen: "When you hold a screwdriver with a tool, you need to twist the screw. Like these, they are all permed. Sometimes the corners of the chassis are pointed and hung. Sometimes there is a socket on the bottom plate when the handle is tied. The distance is particularly small and the chassis is particularly narrow. Pulling a few roads is a minor injury. "
Jie Chen said that even though what she did was only one ten thousandth of the space products, and her efforts were to ensure that this one ten thousandth was never wrong, under the leadership of Jie Chen, the quality level of the whole team reached 99.7%.
