In accordance with the principle of urgency before delay, after inspection, commercial self-built houses that threaten public safety and have definite illegal acts are demolished according to laws and regulations. For operating self-built houses that are in disrepair and have the risk of structural collapse, urge property owners to start reconstruction; For operating self-built houses with local collapse risk, urge property owners to take immediate maintenance and reinforcement measures; For self-built houses with major fire hazards, urge property owners to take immediate measures to completely eliminate hidden dangers, otherwise they will not be used for business.

In the process of clean-up, control and subsequent rectification, we must persist in seeking truth from facts and follow the rules according to law, and do not engage in "one size fits all" or "one size fits all".
