and must not occupy a public location. At the same time, charging piles should be posted with warnings such as "Electricity Danger".

5. A hanging dry powder fire extinguisher of no less than 6kg must be installed above the parking space of the charging pile. In addition, two dry powder fire extinguishers weighing more than 4kg should be placed on the ground, and they need to be packed in suitcases.
