Precautions for CNG filling stations

1. Natural gas is flammable and explosive. Fireworks and the use of wireless devices (mobile phones, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

2. CNG stations are dangerous places, and idlers are not allowed to enter; non-staff are strictly prohibited from operating; it is strictly prohibited to work on duty.

3. Overpressure is strictly prohibited, the filling pressure of gas cylinders shall not be greater than 20MPa; the equipment shall not be overtemperature or overpressured, and the maximum working pressure of the gas filling station shall not be greater than 25MPa.

4. Employees must use labor protection equipment correctly and must wear labor protection clothing (anti-static). It is strictly forbidden to wear shoes with iron nails.

5. Gas refueling vehicles must meet the conditions for gas refueling, that is, the electrical appliances are turned off, no one is on the vehicle, and the device is qualified.

6. The station has clear warning signs and complete fire-fighting equipment and safety equipment (fire extinguishers, fire belts, gas masks, etc.).

7. Electrical work requires two people, one person to operate and the other to supervise.

8. Use explosion-proof electrical appliances and explosion-proof tools.

9. Employees at gas filling stations must hold employment certificates when working.
