What does the Federation of Industry and Commerce do?

The Federation of Industry and Commerce is a people's organization and chamber of commerce under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. It is a bridge between the party and the government to contact people in the non-public economy, and an assistant for the government to manage and serve the non-public economy. It is an integral part of China's patriotic United front, one of the constituent units of China People's Political Consultative Conference and a political force serving socialism.
