1. Hold relevant certificates and set up guardians.

Maintenance personnel of high-voltage electrical equipment for electric vehicles must hold a low-voltage electrician certificate, and it is recommended to set up a guardian. The guardian also needs to obtain the qualification of low-voltage electrician certificate. The guardian supervises the whole operation process.

2. Standardize the working environment

There should be no articles unrelated to work in the working environment. Irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the site. Put a warning sign of "high pressure danger".

3. Personal protection

Guardian and tree maintenance personnel must wear insulating gloves (insulation level is above 1000V/300A) and goggles. Because maintenance is mainly observed by hands and eyes, these two parts must be protected. Insulating gloves should not leak or be damaged. Goggles must also choose professional goggles that meet the requirements. At the same time, wear qualified protective clothing, insulating shoes and insulating caps.

Use professional tools

In the maintenance of electric vehicles, the choice of tools is particularly important. Qualified maintenance tools can make maintenance safer and easier. Therefore, it is necessary to use switch cover and special screwdriver for electric vehicle maintenance when repairing cars.

5. When charging the battery of the electric vehicle, you must remember to put the corresponding warning signs, and take the car keys off the ignition switch for safekeeping to prevent unnecessary accidents.

6. The operation sequence that needs special attention before maintenance operation: ① Turn off the power switch and put away the key; ② Disconnect the negative electrode of the low-voltage battery; ③ Disconnect the maintenance switch and keep it properly; ④ Disconnect the high and low voltage wiring harness of the power battery; ⑤ Check the discharge of the removed power battery bus to ensure that it has no electricity.
