Recently, the first 40 tons of saturated liquefied gas produced by Shijiazhuang Refining and Chemical Company arrived in Tianjin Petrochemical Company, marking the completion of the whole production process of saturated liquefied gas in Shijiazhuang Refining and Chemical Company, and realizing single storage and single sale. As a new variety of industrial liquefied gas, saturated liquefied gas not only realizes mutual supply with petrochemical enterprises, but also is a success for the World Federation to cope with the "cold winter" of low oil prices and promote the optimization and adjustment of enterprise product structure.

The saturated liquefied gas produced by the refinery is the saturated liquid hydrocarbon of the light hydrocarbon recovery unit, which is a high-quality raw material for cracking the ethylene production unit and has attracted much attention because it has been included in the light hydrocarbon resource optimization system. In order to realize the single storage and single sale of saturated liquefied gas as soon as possible, the World Federation organized a special meeting to prepare the production plan of saturated liquefied gas, and communicated with users many times to determine the quality control index of saturated liquefied gas.

According to the production characteristics of the company, adjust the direction of coking liquefied gas, merge reformed liquefied gas into unsaturated liquefied gas, realize the isolation of saturated liquefied gas and unsaturated liquefied gas storage and transportation system, and optimize the operation of sweetening unit to ensure the product quality meets the requirements of the demand side. The storage and transportation dispatching room replaces the storage tank from the gas separation device for producing saturated liquefied gas to the finished product tank, and then to the truck loading crane pipe. On July 20th, the quality analysis of 402/7 tank fully met the requirements of the factory standard of saturated liquefied gas, and the loading pipeline and hanging pipe were replaced and qualified.
