Parental invigilation requirements for online exams

The invigilation requirements for parents' online exams are as follows:

1, the exam subject answer sheet will be issued one day in advance. Parents are advised to print answer sheets for students in advance, which will help students to standardize their answers;

2. 5 minutes before the start of each exam, the teacher or class teacher will distribute the test papers through the class WeChat group, and parents will collect and download the test papers on time (if there is a printer at home, you can print them). After the exam, take photos according to the requirements of the invigilator and select "original picture" to upload the answer sheet to the designated software;

3. Parents should prepare two mobile phones in advance, one for students to answer questions (no need to prepare computers or printers to print test papers) and the other for invigilators to check students' answers through cameras;

4. The camera that monitors the exam should be placed on the left or right side of the student answering desk so that the invigilator can see the students' hands and desktop (not just the head or back and desktop). At the same time, I hope that parents will enter the mirror and invigilate with the school.

During the exam, students are not allowed to bring headphones, and don't touch the mobile phone except reading the questions. To ensure that the desktop is clean and tidy, just prepare two A4-sized draft papers and corresponding examination equipment in advance and put them on the desktop.

6. After the examination time, students should take photos of the answer sheet in time and upload it to the unified class submission applet according to the requirements of the invigilator. The whole process of uploading should be completed under supervision. Parents supervise the delivery of answers throughout the process;

7. Please ask parents to create a quiet and tidy examination environment for students during the examination, so that students can concentrate on answering questions. When there are 15 minutes before the end of the exam, the invigilator will also remind the students.

In order to ensure that the final exam is conducted in an orderly manner, the school-level leaders will also supervise the whole process of the online exam every academic year.
