Article 4, safe production and civilized construction:

4.4. If Party B's workers are found to urinate and defecate on all floors, Party A has the right to fine 200 yuan every time, which will be deducted when Party B pays the project payment or Party B's workers find other shift workers urinating and defecating on all floors, and Party A will reward 200 yuan.

4.5. Organize on-site civilized construction of safety production in strict accordance with the operating rules of safety production and relevant rules and regulations of the company, and Party B shall be responsible for all safety matters and safety fines.

Article 6: Payment and settlement method and lump sum unit price:
