Article 6 Education, culture, health, environmental protection and other departments and news units must regularly carry out publicity on the harmful effects of smoking on health.

If a fine of twenty yuan is imposed, an administrative penalty decision may be made on the spot and the fine collected. Article 10 These regulations shall come into effect on October 1, 1995.
