The seventh prohibition is that all college students must not take isolation and other measures at will when they return home. These college students must comply with local epidemic prevention and control policies during their return home. The eighth prohibition is that all qualified truck personnel must be allowed to pass, and their passage must not be arbitrarily withheld or restricted, let alone encourage them to return at all epidemic prevention and control points.
