Single piece flow.

Single-piece flow is also called unit synchronous flow. Single-piece flow is the comprehensive and effective utilization of personnel, equipment, and logistics, and the balanced production of each unit is achieved in an organized, planned, and purposeful manner. In production activities, the production batch is one batch, and there is no stagnation between the previous and subsequent processes. Each successful process self-checks a process and transfers a production method, which is called a flow production method, or single-piece flow for short.
