Second, the main responsibilities

(1) Be responsible for the organization and coordination of earthquake relief work of the State Council Poverty Alleviation Office and poverty alleviation system (led by the administrative personnel team).

(two) to grasp the disaster situation (led by the planning and finance group).

(three) in conjunction with the relevant disaster-stricken provinces (cities) poverty alleviation office to prepare the post-disaster reconstruction work plan (led by the planning and finance group).

(four) responsible for the disaster area labor transfer training and industrialization poverty alleviation and other related organizations (led by the policy and regulation group).

(5) Do a good job in coordination with relevant ministries (led by the Planning and Finance Group).

(six) to guide the affected provinces (cities) to carry out earthquake relief work (led by the planning and finance group).

(seven) to organize and guide the affiliated associations to carry out fund-raising activities, and effectively manage and use the funds and materials raised (the administrative personnel group and the party Committee of the organ are responsible).

(eight) actively planning the use of foreign capital (led by the international cooperation and social poverty alleviation group).

(nine) responsible for the propaganda work of earthquake relief in the poverty alleviation system (led by the party Committee of the organ).
