How to improve the safety awareness of employees, personally, should do the following:

First, we must do a good job in regular safety education. Safety education is the most important link. Only through the training and education of safety production can we realize the transformation from "I want to be safe" to "I want to be safe". Safety education should start with "three no injuries", and its connotation is to protect yourself first, but the content and form of education should be diversified before it can be accepted by all employees.

Now safety in production has risen to the legal level, and it is illegal to violate the laws, regulations, rules and operating procedures of safety in production. Through the study of laws and regulations, all employees can understand the rights and obligations entrusted to them by law, fully realize the importance attached by the party and the state to safety, and strengthen their perception of safety awareness.

2. Learn the safety production management system and related safety knowledge. All employees must be made to understand that these management systems and safety knowledge have been exchanged for countless lives and blood and huge property losses. In our work, only by observing the rules and strictly implementing the operating procedures can we prevent the occurrence of safety accidents. Through this kind of study and education, employees' safety awareness is gradually formed rationally.

3. According to the characteristics of the project construction, understand the hazards and control measures of each process. Because our employees have a rational understanding of every construction process they are engaged in, it is easier for them to learn. Through the study on the notification and control measures of hazards in each process, employees will have a clearer understanding and understanding of various risks existing in their own work and how to control these risks, and their safety awareness will be further deepened and consolidated.

3. Emotional education: all employees are required to keep in mind the entrustment of relatives and friends, know that parents' hearts are hard to break, and the grief of losing relatives is unbearable, so that employees can clearly understand the relationship between their own safety, health and family happiness, thus stimulating their safety enthusiasm and consciously abiding by various rules and regulations.

4. Speaking safely before class is an educational system that must be adhered to. By speaking safely before shift, employees can know how to control the unsafe factors in their work that day, so as to standardize their work behavior.

Second, to improve employees' safety awareness, all employees must be required to always think about safety, pay attention to safety everywhere, and always remember safety. Only by overcoming the wrong safety idea that "speaking is important, doing is secondary and being busy is unnecessary" can all employees truly understand the true meaning of "safety is in my heart and safety is in my hands". Understand this meaning, employees' safety awareness will be formed consciously.

Third, to improve employees' safety awareness, we must strengthen ideological and political work. We can't just rely on persuasion and education, and we can't just rely on administrative means to impose fines. It should be guided by publicity and education and supplemented by administrative punishment, both of which are indispensable. Only in this way can the safety awareness of employees be continuously improved.

Fourthly, it is a long-term and arduous task to improve employees' safety awareness step by step. We should persistently talk about safety in production on an annual basis, on a monthly basis, on a daily basis, and on a regular basis, so as to form a good environment for safety in production. If employees live in such a good environment, their safety awareness will gradually deepen and improve, forming an indestructible line of defense against production safety.

With the improvement of employees' safety awareness, people's unsafe behaviors will be further curbed, measures and systems will be implemented, potential safety hazards will be investigated, and "three inspections" and "three violations" will become conscious behaviors, so that our safety management can be said to be orderly and controllable, and safety production management can be further improved.
