3. Activity process

This part is to introduce in detail how your new recruitment activities will be carried out, how many days it will be carried out, and what to do every day, such as: "1. n days before the event: prepare posters, publicity boards, welcome slogans... etc. 2. The day before the event: arrange the venue, prepare registration forms, small gifts... etc. 3. On the day of the event:... 4. End of the event: clean up the venue , place promotional items at...".

4. Division of activities

This part is to break down the entire recruitment activity into each person's tasks and negotiate what each department should do by what time. For example: "1. Propaganda Department: Design posters and slogans...etc.? 2. Organization Department: Arrange the venue and recruit new students on the day of recruitment? 3. Secretarial Department: Responsible for registering new members and conducting interviews on the day of recruitment? 4.
