My name is Yang Jianguo, and I work in underground maintenance. I have worked in this place for nearly 20x years since I joined the work in 20x years. Hello everyone!
I am very grateful to the leaders of the bureau for their concern and attention to our young cadres, and for giving me this opportunity to learn and communicate with the whole young cadres and share the glory and pride of being a young tax cadre.
20x came to work in the IRS. How time flies. In a blink of an eye, I have been working for five years. During these five years, I have exercised in several positions, such as secretarial office, information center, tax collection and management department, Baita tax office and so on. With the trust of leaders, the help of colleagues and my own efforts, I have improved in all aspects. Here, I combine my own shortcomings and work experience to briefly talk about the general way for me to become a young cadre.
First, young cadres should have lofty aspirations.
Throughout the ages, people who have achieved their careers have great ambitions when they are young. Ambition is the direction of human progress and the navigation mark in the fog. As a young tax cadre, one should have lofty aspirations in life, should not be satisfied with the status quo, and should not only focus on the immediate work. Only when the goal is clear can we understand where to go and where to work hard. After defining the goal of life, we young cadres should plan our life around the goal of life, formulate medium-term and short-term goals, and plan what state to achieve in the longer stage and what state to achieve in the shorter stage, so as to pursue our ideals step by step.
