The promulgation of the Civil Code and the abolition of 9 laws are neither the overthrow of my country’s civil legal norms nor a reinvention of them. It does not mean that all previous studies were in vain. The newly revised content of the Civil Code does not exceed 3. Therefore, the Civil Code is mainly the compilation and integration of my country's existing civil legal norms. The principle of preparation for the most important ones is still valid.
