Why do people worship foreign things and seek explanation?

Poverty and backwardness are the most fundamental reasons for worshipping foreign things and obsessing foreign things. Bank of Beijing has opened a special window for Koreans. Even China women, who are conservative by nature, never take the initiative to strike up a conversation with men in China, are eager to take the initiative to strike up a conversation with foreigners and are proud of interacting with them. Many people say that China people's lack of confidence in front of foreigners stems from the history of being bullied by imperialism after 1840. I don't agree with this view. If so, China now has a strong enough military force, and has fought well in the Korean War, the Sino-Soviet border war, the Sino-Indian border war and the Sino-Vietnamese border war. So why are we still "fighting" our dignity and never coming back? Where is the dignity of the strengthened China people? Why do China people with strong fighting capacity have to bow and scrape to foreigners? Why do China people with strong fighting capacity go to the west but can't get the treatment that westerners get in China? Therefore, the statement that "China's failure in modern wars is the root of China people's lack of self-confidence" is untenable. The French lost to Feng Zicai in Vietnam, to Germany in World War II, and to Ho Chi Minh after World War II. As a country that has suffered many wars and defeats in modern times, its nationals are not treated as supranationals in today's China. A Shanghai girl said that she married a Frenchman, but her face was not as proud as before. Others say it's because of skin color. Yellow people do not perform well in modern times. Therefore, China people feel inferior that they are yellow and worship white people. This is actually untenable: Japanese and Koreans are not white, they are also yellow, but China people still respect them because they are rich. Therefore, it is also untenable to say that skin color is the reason why foreigners are regarded as supranationals in China. Others say that Confucius and Mencius lost to Christian culture and gave foreigners a sense of cultural superiority, which is the reason why China people worship foreign things and flatter foreign countries. In fact, this is still wrong: Japanese, Koreans and Singaporeans are all in the Confucian cultural circle, and they can be arrogant and bullying in China; Russians are in the Christian cultural circle, but because of poverty, China people simply look down on them. It is not difficult to draw a conclusion: the psychology of worshipping foreign things has nothing to do with military deterrence, skin color, culture and wealth; What really determines the national dignity of a country is not a gun, not a skin color, nor a culture, but a wallet! People are born with the virtue of paying tribute to the rich (of course, this is not unique to China people). From the bow and scrape of waiters in high-end consumer places, to the salute and exemption from inspection of famous cars by real estate security guards, to the dream of a white horse of a wealthy woman, and to the classic fairy tales of western princes and princesses, we can clearly draw the conclusion that people are born to pay tribute to wealthy families. Of course, this conclusion is really cruel and ugly, but it is true. Poverty is the fundamental reason why China people worship foreign things and admire foreign things. Only when the people are rich can China people live with dignity and end the history of China people worshiping foreign things and obsessing foreign things.
