Chapter 3 Sweeping and Cleaning Article 14 Main roads and streets are cleaned by professional cleaning teams at night to achieve the "three no's" (no littering, no littering, and no overnight use) and "four cleans" (clean roads and sidewalks) , tree pit clean, water outlet clean) hygiene standards. Chapter 4 Collection, Transportation and Treatment of Waste Article 19 The collection, transportation and treatment of domestic waste shall be uniformly organized, guided, coordinated and managed by the city appearance and environmental sanitation department. Article 20 Domestic garbage must be dumped at designated locations, and it must be cleaned and cleaned every day in accordance with the cleaning and transportation responsibilities. Article 23 Toxic and harmful garbage, sewage, and feces generated by scientific research, education, medical and health, slaughterhouses, and other units must be collected and transported separately and harmlessly disposed of by themselves.
