Four Standards and Six Norms for Modernization of Party Building

Legal analysis: standardization, standardization and information construction of grass-roots party building. Set standards in four aspects: namely, establish standards in four aspects: organizational setting, leading group construction, funding guarantee and activity venue, and improve the allocation. Establish norms, strict requirements and standardize operations in six aspects: team building, organization activities, operation mechanism, serving the masses, work tasks and party building responsibilities in party member.
