The contents of the notice are as follows:

First, improve transportation infrastructure conditions and stimulate consumption potential.

On the basis of improving the layout and three-dimensional interconnection of transportation infrastructure, we will highlight the problem orientation and goal orientation, and focus on promoting a number of transportation infrastructure constructions that have obvious effects on promoting consumption, creating conditions for stimulating consumption potential.

(1) Accelerate the construction of intercity transportation infrastructure. Focus on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Chengdu-Chongqing and other key urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas, and promote the formation of a multi-level rapid transportation network with rail transit and expressways as the skeleton.
