The "Notice" requires that the behavior of publishing recruitment information containing sexist content should be corrected in time, and employers and human resources service agencies that publish recruitment information containing sexist content should be ordered to make corrections according to law; Those who refuse to make corrections shall be fined 1 10,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, the human resources service institution shall revoke its human resources service license.

In order to ensure that the relevant requirements are implemented, the Notice requires the establishment of a joint interview mechanism. According to reports and complaints, joint interviews were conducted with employers suspected of gender discrimination in employment. Those who refuse to be interviewed or refuse to make corrections after the interview shall be investigated and dealt with according to law and exposed to the public through the media. It is required to improve the judicial relief mechanism, the people's courts accept complaints related to gender discrimination in women's employment according to law, set up a cause of dispute over equal employment rights, and the judicial department actively provides judicial relief and legal aid to eligible women.

At the same time, it is required to strengthen the supervision of human resources market. If employers and human resources service agencies publish recruitment information containing gender discrimination, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will order them to make corrections, impose a fine and revoke their human resources service licenses.
