Because of different processing methods, the processing flow of rapeseed oil is also different. Rapeseed oil has two common processing methods: squeezing and leaching.

The process of pressing rapeseed oil is relatively simple. The output is small, and only one rapeseed oil press is needed to complete the rapeseed oil processing flow. The yield is large, so rapeseed can be pretreated with rapeseed pretreatment equipment to adjust the internal structure of rapeseed to a state suitable for pressing. Then, using pre-pressing and pressing for secondary pressing, more rapeseed oil can be obtained and the oil loss can be reduced.

Rapeseed oil leaching processing technology mainly includes pretreatment, pre-pressing, leaching and refining. High quality rapeseed oil can be obtained after refining. It should be noted that rapeseed oil processing by leaching method is suitable for rapeseed oil processing plants with high output, which can maximize capital utilization.
