In order to strengthen urban construction and management, improve the living environment of urban residents, speed up the construction of forest cities in our city, and ensure the smooth progress of winter greening, the municipal government decided to comprehensively clean up and dismantle all kinds of illegal buildings, temporary buildings and illegal land occupation planned for greening in our city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The scope of this clean-up includes illegal buildings, temporary buildings exceeding the approved period and illegal land occupation in the green space of Heping, Shenhe, Dadong, Huanggu, Tiexi, Dongling, Yuhong and Hunnan Development Zones. Centralized demolition of all kinds of illegal pavilions; Clean up and ban all kinds of illegal stalls, processing points, waste collection stations and occupied markets.
