What does it mean to become a non-public enterprise?

1. Interpretation of non-public enterprises: refers to enterprises owned by private individuals or foreign investors in China, and their economic components are dominant or relatively dominant.

2. Non-public enterprises refer to enterprises owned by individuals of Chinese mainland citizens or by foreign businessmen, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan businessmen.

3. Small and medium-sized enterprises.
