Does the parking space graffiti property have the right to interfere?

If the parties graffiti on their own parking spaces, the relative property companies generally have no right to enforce management, otherwise the legitimate rights and interests of the parties will be violated. Article 275 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates the ownership of parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars, which shall be agreed by the parties concerned through sale, gift or lease. Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner.
