In order to reduce the flow of people during the Qingming Festival, prevent the import of the epidemic, and protect the life, health and safety of you and your family, the following initiatives are hereby issued:

1. Do not return to your hometown unless necessary. It is recommended not to return to your hometown unless necessary. Please abide by the local epidemic prevention and control regulations, do not travel to domestic medium and high-risk areas and cities where the epidemic has occurred, and reduce unnecessary movements. During the Tomb-Sweeping Festival, try to stay where you work and study, and advocate online civilized sacrifices.

2. Report before returning home. If you really need to return to your hometown in the near future, you must proactively report to the township government or village committee where you live three days in advance. Please report to the village committee in time after returning to your destination and actively cooperate with the implementation of control measures. Returning home requires proof of negative nucleic acid within 24 hours, health code, and green itinerary code. The "14 7" quarantine control measures will be implemented for the call-backs from medium and high-risk areas; the "7 7" quarantine control measures will be implemented for the call-backs from the areas related to the medium- and high-risk areas; the 7-day home quarantine measures will be implemented for the returnees from low-risk areas, and on January 4, 2020, Do three nucleic acid tests in 7 days.

3. Actively vaccinate. Vaccination with the new coronavirus vaccine has better resistance and protection against the new coronavirus and its mutated strains. Those who have received two doses of the vaccine and meet the conditions for booster vaccination should receive the booster shot as soon as possible.

4. Take personal protection. Please insist on wearing a mask, washing your hands frequently, ventilating frequently, going out less or gathering less in the near future, try not to participate in offline gathering activities, maintain a safe social distance, take disinfection and protective measures for receiving and sending express items, and strengthen monitoring of your own health. When returning home, you must strictly protect yourself and pay close attention to the epidemic situation at the place of departure and the means of transportation along the way. If you adjust the risk level, please report it to the destination village in a timely manner and actively cooperate in epidemic prevention and control.
