Second, the existing problems

1. The doors leading to the terrace on both sides of the roof of the fifth floor are not locked, the doors of the conference room on the fourth floor and an aluminum window in the conference room cannot be locked reversely, and the door lock on the right side of the sliding door of the reading room is damaged, so outsiders can enter and leave at will, which is a potential safety hazard.

2. There are sundries piled up in the reading room, and there are fire safety hazards.

3. There are only two dry powder fire extinguishers in the whole building, and the shelf life of the dry powder in the fire extinguishers is unknown; The fire hydrants on all floors were locked, but the keys were missing, so it was impossible to check whether the fire hydrants could be used normally. There are fire safety hazards.

4. Some offices on the second floor don't lock the doors after work, which is a security risk.

III. Rectification measures and suggestions

1. Ask a professional locksmith to install new locks for the doors leading to the terrace on both sides of the fifth floor, and replace the doors and windows of the conference room on the fourth floor, the reading room door and the fire hydrants on each floor.

2. Classify the reading rooms according to the "6S" management standard to eliminate fire safety hazards.

3. Replace and purchase dry powder fire extinguishers as needed, and recheck the safety status of fire hydrants after replacing new locks on each floor.

4. Re-emphasize the rule that offices on all floors must lock doors and windows after work. In view of the potential safety hazards found in the inspection, the inspection team will contact relevant personnel to make timely rectification, so as to ensure that there are no dead ends in fire safety and loopholes in anti-theft safety, and create a stable and safe working and living environment for the employees of the company.

Continue to carry out the publicity and education activities of "Safety Production Month". All kinds of safety fire control facilities are fully equipped, qualified and effective, and operators wear labor protection articles according to regulations.

The installation and maintenance of electrical equipment are operated by electricians. Non-electricians are not allowed to decorate electrical equipment and lines. The electrical equipment prone to accidents is managed by special personnel, and the responsibility lies with people. Electricians can be equipped with labor protection articles in accordance with the regulations, operate according to the operating rules, and regularly check the lines and all electrical equipment. All high-voltage dangerous places are equipped with protective facilities and warning signs. Non-electrician operators are strictly prohibited from entering the distribution room or the guardrail of electrical equipment, pulling and hanging privately, and approaching high-voltage dangerous places.
