He didn't bring anything to his hometown, but his hometown gave me indelible glory.

I vaguely remember the joy and excitement when I carefully wrote the composition "My Dream" in my composition book as a child, as if my dream would come true as long as I wrote it. I clearly remember that my childhood dream was to become a soldier when I grew up, put on a green military uniform and carry my favorite pike to defend my country and become a useful person to the society and the motherland.

Admittedly, during my growing years, there were more and more dreams, but my original dream never disappeared in my mind. It took root tenaciously, but I somehow missed it.

The motherland is like a giant, and I am just a negligible part of the giant. My dream has gradually become to be a useful person to my hometown and a filial person to my parents. It's simple and common, but you need to experience it yourself.

Whether you are responsible for yourself and your family, or for your hometown and motherland, everyone has his own responsibilities and due obligations. I always ask myself, the times and my motherland have given me a lot, but what have I given my motherland? I'm not surprised.

Earth-shattering achievements do not have lofty ideals and ambitions, but I think I have a heart, a childlike innocence that loves the motherland and hopes that the motherland will be stronger.

I firmly believe that when millions of people in Qian Qian, the motherland, have such a childlike innocence and are working hard to realize their simple and ordinary dreams, when these dreams are condensed together, they will certainly contribute to our motherland, and like the sea, all rivers run into the sea, realize a big dream, the dream of our whole country, make our people happy and healthy, and make our country rich and strong.

My ideal is my dream. It is simple and ordinary. It is a drop of water in this vast world and a wish for the country. I will always work hard, never give up the footsteps of chasing my dreams, go steady and far, go to the new world, and go to a more prosperous tomorrow for our motherland.
