Ten situations in which soldiers are not allowed to use WeChat are as follows:

First, it is forbidden to produce and disseminate information and remarks that run counter to the Party's theory, line, principles and policies.

Second, it is forbidden to spread all kinds of negative information and rumors that denigrate the party, the country and the army.

Third, it is not allowed to spread vulgar information that violates the core values of socialism.
