3. All arrivals from epidemic-related areas must present a negative 48-hour nucleic acid test report. 8. Hospitals and other medical institutions must strictly implement systems such as the first-diagnosis responsibility system, pre-examination and triage, hospital infection prevention and control, strictly measure the temperature and code of patients, and strengthen outpatient and emergency patients and inpatients. 9. 11.
