After graduating from Inner Mongolia Water Conservancy School in July, 199 1 was assigned to work in Abaga Banner Water Conservancy Task Force to compile water conservancy records. After two years of careful review of the materials and several drafts, Abaga Banner Water Conservancy Records finally succeeded in the first trial, and was highly praised by the Party History Office, and was considered as one of the best books in the whole banner. 199510 ~1996 worked as a secretary in Abaga Banner Party Committee in February, and returned to work in Water Conservancy Bureau in June as deputy director of business.
