It is necessary to streamline conference activities, effectively improve the spirit of the conference, strictly control all kinds of national conferences and major events held in the name of the central government, and not hold general deployment and required meetings without the approval of the central government, and not attend all kinds of ribbon-cutting and foundation-laying activities, celebrations, commemorative meetings, commendation meetings, expositions, seminars and various forums; Improve the effectiveness of the meeting, hold short meetings, talk short, and refrain from empty talk and rhetoric. It is necessary to streamline document briefings and effectively improve the style of writing. Documents and briefings that have no substantive content and can be distributed or not will not be distributed. Fourth, it is necessary to standardize the activities of foreign visits. Based on the overall needs of diplomatic work, it is necessary to arrange foreign visits reasonably, strictly control the entourage of foreign visits, take transportation in strict accordance with regulations, and generally do not arrange Chinese-funded institutions, overseas Chinese and representatives of international students to wait at the airport to see them off.

All departments, agencies and directly affiliated institutions of China CIRC shall strictly abide by the following disciplines in their official activities:

1. Drinking is not allowed during working hours and at noon on weekdays.
