The town leaders saw this and were anxious in their hearts. They realized that while controlling the desert, they also had to relocate some herders. There are 15 new sheds for the sand control project in Xishawozi, covering an area of ??1,200 square meters, which effectively alleviates the current situation of livestock farming in the area being affected by sandstorms. In Ganggenggacha, we invested 380,000 yuan to build 20 immigrant houses with an area of ??60 square meters, and 22 supporting sheds with a total area of ??2,200 square meters, giving reassurance to the immigrants in the reservoir area. Dalai Nuori Town has built more than 400 livestock sheds with a total area of ??50,000 square meters. In 2009, 5 grass trimmers and 1 hay baler were distributed to eligible herdsmen, and the herdsmen purchased more than 40 hay trimmers and 2 hay balers on their own. The town has 117 grass trimmers, 21 straw balers, and more than 400 large and small tractors, basically realizing the mechanization of grass trimming. Regulate the structure of animal husbandry and achieve rationalization

The herdsmen raised 2.8 million yuan of their own funds and introduced 800 high-quality breeding female animals from other places. The newly introduced high-quality breeding female animals will play a role in increasing the number of large livestock in these two Gachas by 30%, and the per capita income of herdsmen will increase to 6,000 yuan.
